Hosoo Media (the "Company") treats personal data with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and related legislation. This policy explains how personal data collected on insungsong.com (the "Site") is handled.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Korean version is the governing text.

1. What we collect and how

2. Why we use it

Project inquiry: reviewing your message, replying, and contacting you about the work
Newsletter: sending updates and content, only to people who opted in
Service improvement: analysing Site usage and improving quality

Personal data is not used for anything beyond these purposes. If the purpose changes, we ask for separate consent.

3. How long we keep it

Project inquiry: one year after the inquiry is handled, so we can respond if you come back, then destroyed without delay
Newsletter: until you withdraw consent
Where a law requires retention, we keep the data for that period.

4. Sharing with third parties

The Company does not provide personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or under a lawful request from an investigative authority.

Processing agreements require compliance with data protection law. If a processor changes, we disclose it through this policy.

6. Destruction

Once the retention period has passed or the purpose has been met, data is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data, and you may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Email the address below and we will act without delay.

Security updates and anti-spam measures

9. Cookies

The Site may use cookies to provide its service. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, in which case some features may be limited.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to improve the Site. It records clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement so we can see how pages are actually used. Text you type and personal details are masked before the recording is stored. See the Microsoft privacy statement for details.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy is added to, removed from, or amended, we announce it on the Site at least seven days before it takes effect.
